The shot is ineffective against covid but causes dangerous side effects. The only people getting covid are the vaxed. Now get back in your truck and keep the electricity on.

This appears to be a optimal opportunity to study the post injection covid infection rates for 8600 people that received a saline placebo.
Any saline placebo positive cases could be compared to semi vaccinated (1 shot) fully vaccinated (2 shots) and boosted (many, many shots - per cdc/fauci recommendations) and see how the rates of infection compare.
Her actions may have led to harm, or they may have had zero negative effect.
Would be interesting to say the least.
If her actions had egregious negative effects, i would think that info would have been used by the prosecution.

Would be very difficult to prove
Obviously no vaccine is 100 percent effective. Presumably some people were harmed by her actions but to prove that in a court of law is essentially impossible
