Hey, if they want to give any energy companies, green or not, incentives to lessen the burden on the public & businesses and/or improve the "health" of our aging infrastructure I'm all for it.

But picking winners and losers based on climate change is just a scam and just another form of political corruption using our tax dollars.

Why we haven’t transitioned to it already is a source of great frustration.

Cheaper to produce the same energy via other sources.

we need an all of the above energy philosophy. turbines for all gas plants are on back order until 2030 to 2035. we need all of it. everyone on the left wing tribe and right wing tribe is wrong about what they think "green" energy is. it is energy and we dont generate enough and our transmission system is antiquated.

pull yer heads out of yer arse and just support american energy jobs, help us build factories that can support the gas energy and nuclear energy and "green" energy, bring all the jobs here and build the frick out of reiliable systems.

good luck finding a place to put the reactors

Modern nuclear reactors can be placed inside an AI complex and no one would know it is there. It shows how educated the general populace is when statements like the one above are made.

This country could be completely free of fossil fuel generated electricity if we wouldn't be such pussies and NIMBY's about nuclear energy

Correct. It’s the cheapest and cleanest electricity there is. And it’s infinitely safer than in the past. We need more nuclear plants in this country and hopefully we will get them.
