Trump loved Wikileaks while he was a nominee.
Wikileaks were not just from hackers. It was also from people in government positions.
Explain why you think there is difference between the leaks? Your post is from Trump/Bannon spin.

What a difference a president makes. Liberals have gone from clutching their pearls over the Patriot Act to justifying the IC spying on its own CIC as "rooting out spies". Where was this level of understanding when you accused the FBI of sabotaging the election for HRC? Was Obama "rooting out spies" when he was caught wiretapping Angela Merkel's phone?

It is common knowledge that the calls with world leaders are recorded. Just like with every other Prez. Accept for the one Trump had with Putin, a few weeks ago, that he didn't want recorded....hmmm
