quote:

The NRA’s lawsuit was filed federal court of New York and alleges Attorney General Letitia James “made the political prosecution of the NRA a central campaign theme” when she was running for the AG’s office in 2018, and has not treated the association fairly since.

“Despite hopes that playing by the rules would procure a just outcome, the NRA has not been treated fairly by James’s office,” the 19-page suit states. “The New York Democratic Party political machine seeks to harass, defund, and dismantle the NRA because of what it believes and what it says.”

Can’t happen but it would be hilarious to see the NRA win and the NY state AG office disbanded.

It may be time for old Wayne LaPierre to go ahead and retire and get some new leadership in place anyway. Why should he have this kush/high paying job for life? Maybe some new leadership that is hungry and will work to improve the NRA? And like our President just said today, reincorporate or charter or whatever in Texas rather than New York. New York is hostile to gun owners.

Yes, why not move HQ to like Frisco or some friendly place. Makes no sense to stay in NY and fund the AG thru taxes

Past time for that arsehole to have retired. Him and cat lady. Between the Obama years and the last 5-6 months, the NRA should have become the political force the Democrats mistakenly thought they were all along. Instead we get brand new suits to the tune of over 100k, cushy vacations for the In crowd, mega expensive apartments for Wayne’s “intern” etc. Nothing but a damn slush fund for him and his cronies. And almost controlled opposition for any advances politically on the gun rights front.

Oh and when the solid members of the board attempted to oust him, his purge would have made Stalin blush. For the good of the NRA and gun owners nationwide Wayne needs to be removed ASAP.
