Mark Dice’s video

Social media is essentially the 21st century equivalent of the town square. Social media was ruled to be a public forum in a court case against Our President, but it’s a “private company” when it’s used to ban conservatives. Censorship is just getting started from the left. The MSM is perpetuating this too.

Damn I don’t want to have to cut YouTube from my life but it’s about that time. Any decent sites that are remotely similar?

When did youtube change their policy that affected alot of youtubers monetization? Can't remember if that was earlier this year or last year.

Either way, you would think they've pissed off enough of their clientele that many of them could jump ship to another website. This would include even non-conservative channels.

Nope. There’s other video hosting sites like Vimeo and Daily Motion but they’re nowhere in scale or comparison to YouTube. YouTube is essentially a monopoly and only someone with abnormal chromosomes can argue differently.

Bitchute for one.

Thing about Youtube is all the content people have already uploaded. It'll take years before you'll be able to find things like:

I don't use Google anymore. Been too lazy to find an alternative for Gmail (though they are there).

Bitchute has all the alt-politics you could ever want though. My guess is that this is really a mistake by Youtube (meaning Google). There's nothing special about Youtube, it's just a way to watch videos people uploaded on the Internet. Sure it has bells and whistles (and the content providers have been mad a few years now about Youtube demonetizing them).

If a critical mass of conent gets on a competitor... well no one needs Youtube. I'd say though it is the hardest service to totally abandon, because sometime I gots to watch:

How long does your boner last at the notion that these platforms might ban a conservative you don't like?

I'm not a fan of them banning anyone. It's not even remotely in the neighborhood of any type of anti-trust violation for them to ban anyone and success or market share doesn't make a company a monopoly.

and just where is someone to go other then youtube for videos or twitter and facebook for social media

THEY ARE DOMINANT MONOPOLIES OF SPEECH

they need to be forced to follow free speech guidelines or face government regulations that specifically do just that

Methinks you do not know this word, "monopoly," as you say.

Also, it sounds like you are arguing with yourself by saying "essentially" - like it is not 100% a monopoly - which is what something would have to be in order to be, in fact, a monopoly.

That's actually probably true. Unlike Jones, Dice is guilty of treason.
