Duty to retreat? What kinda bullshite pussy arse fricking law is this? I see why you sissys are always whinning and melting on here demanding a safe space. This gotta be the biggest bitch law of all time. tBBLOAT if yoh will. This why you and Missouri dont belong in the SEC
Duty to Retreat States
On the other end of the legal spectrum, some states have laws imposing a duty to retreat. A duty to retreat generally means that you can't resort to deadly force in self-defense if you can safely avoid the risk of harm or death (by running away, for example). If that is not an option, say if you were cornered or pinned down and facing serious harm or death, then you would be authorized to use deadly force in self defense. The following states impose some form of duty to retreat before using deadly self defense:
Arkansas
Connecticut
Delaware
Hawaii
Iowa
Maine
Maryland
Massachusetts
Missouri
Minnesota
Nebraska
New Jersey
New York
North Dakota
Rhode Island
Wisconsin
Wyoming

People don't seem to realize that Arkansas was wholly owned and operated by the democrat party until very recently. We are the Detroit of the south, with the exception of NW Arkansas, where capitalism and a republican form of government flourished.
We are slowly coming out of it, but the fact that a good portion of our republicans are some combination of rino/cuck doesn't help. We are coming out of it, but slowly.

Iowa just signed a Stand Your Ground law recently so you can knock it off your list

Yeah, this is true. I spent a decent amount of time in Little Rock and they have that white liberal thing going on around there. Think of the Millsaps kids vandalizing that room in Jackson - that's kind of what a lot of white people in Little Rock are like.

I'm going to claim I can't run without warming up or I'll tweek my Achilles again.
Young thugs are faster than the general population. Just shoot and say they looked too fast to run from them.

No state on that list should be allowed in the SEC, so sorry Arky and Mizzou, but you're off to the Big 12.

quote:My absolute favorite part of the state. Spend a good deal of time working in that area, around Springdale and Tontitown, Rogers and Bentonville, and Garfield and Eureka Springs, sometimes Holiday Island. Great striper fishing at Beaver. Great trout fishing on the White. Good people in the area. Not too familiar with the political spectrum of the area but around Rogers and Bentonville it is loaded with jobs and industry, and sure feels conservative to me.
NW Arkansas

Fayetteville is probably the liberalist city in the state. Eureka is also hippyville. Sorry to break it to you liberal states are better economically
