Black talking heads have really went overboard.

The fact we aren't talking about Stephen A. Smith says a lot too.

Black liberals are going way overboard lately - has anybody else noticed this?

Likely couldn't define liberal if they had to. Mostly just cashin' in while the cashin' is good with their victimhood mentality.

I’ve been waiting for one of these SJWs to say this one day. It just gets more fun everyday.

That's usually what happens when people have leverage and are financially liberated.

They do what they want because the consequences don't matter as much. It's why the ruling class needs the working class poor and obedient.

ESPN has allowed their on air personalities to take over the station.

Poliboard's Bass Tiger is comparing Michael Wilbon to a rambling idiot, many other Poliboard members agreed.

Yes!

Blacks like Jamelle Hill and Michael Wilbon and Bryant Gumbel have had their arse kissed all through college and beyond because they are black.

Same with football players who are coddled from a young age.

Pro sports salaries need a major market correction.

ESPN is done. It's over. They let this happen. The irony of it is, these talking heads and protestors are destroying one of the platforms that helped black people succeed.

Bad comparison. NFL players are more like gladiators.

They generate billions of dollars and negotiate close to 50% of revenue. Do you mean they need to not make as much so they are easier to control? The ruling class would like to keep everyone poor so they are forced into obedience.

Human beings honestly were never created to work for other humans. They were made to work together.

Employing people doesn't mean you own them. Jobs are able to be replaced. They can be easily replaced when you are among the best in the world at what you do.

Jersey royalties and ticket sales pale in comparison to television, radio, multimedia and other advertising-based contracts.

I consider luxury boxes as corporate advertising expenses, because that is exactly what they are used for (just different people).

What do you think?

What?

You're essentially saying that no one can be fired once they are hired.

Employers pay employees to perform tasks according to the guidelines laid out by the owner. If employees don't adhere to those guidelines, then the employer is well within their rights to take action as they see fit. That may be in the form of punishment or termination. Employment in this country is a two way street. Employees are free to come and go as they please. If these players don't like the rules, they are free to leave.

Your arguments are just flat out stupid.
