No fricking shite. Sorry you can’t understand that the government shutdown is actually a lack of an approved budget which means money can’t go out. It doesn’t mean money can’t go in or we don’t have to obey laws.
And my initial point was that your taxes being taken out is a mechanism that is in place whether the govt is operating or not. The government doesn’t physically take the money out of your check, you have someone do that for you so you don’t have to. That’s why your arse is still having money taken out of your check.
