It is amazing to me that the failure of our legislators to write a law that is constitutional and then bring up the fact that they may be found unconstitutional as a basis for not allowing the judge on the court

These people need to go back and watch that cartoon about how the government works.
If these same Senators weren't part of a group of retards that doesn't pass any legislation worth a shite anymore it doesn't matter her opinion on global warming.
Win people over and pass a damn bill banning all gas if you want too. Then her opinion doesn't matter.
Congress doesn't do its job anymore and is asking courts to do it for them in a completely frickery of everything.
