Notice the shift in narrative re: 2017 accomplishments

With major tax reform officially being signed into law in less than 3 weeks, the travel ban being allowed to go through, Jerusalem, among other things.... the goalposts have moved: now, trump's presidency isn't a failure because he can't get anything passed, but because what he gets through is destructive.
