The term POC is an attempt by racists on the Left to form a disparate coalition of other races against white people.
Asians and Indians, for example, have far more in common with whites than they do with blacks in terms of work ethic, family values, independence from govt assistance, self-sufficiency etc.

I worked for an Italian company for a long time.
Let me say this- they are the least PC people on the planet. It was a fabulous breath of fresh air- they say what’s on their mind. It didn’t matter what color you were- the best person for the job got the job.
We did always joke that if your last name ended in a vowel, however, you did have a bit of preference.
