I just posted in another thread that it looks like a Kreh loop too. Which would make sense because it’s a commonly used fishing knot and some guy in the garage probably rigged it up quickly out of habit. There are a million knots out there that have an open looped end, and 99.9% of them aren’t “nooses”

Seems to me that someone in facilities would step up and say they tied the knot and whoever thought it was a noose should have come to the facilities office and ask.

As I've stated before: Blacks do not hold a monopoly on the noose. Whites died at the end of them, too.
