Sounds like Africans are real bad people for having owned so many slaves.
They weren't the good guys.

Native Americans managed the lands for ages and did a better job than us.

Before we took that land the natives murdered, raped and enslaved their enemies.

The Federal Gov't gave them back 56 million + acres of land that was taken. Go see for yourself how well they manage that land currently. Their social services are complete dog shite and the murders and rapes are still going strong. Word is the sex trade (slavery) is thriving on the reservations unfortunately. I'm not setting foot on one of those hellholes. Driving through Wyoming earlier this month and hit the Wind River line. Immediately turned the car around. Crime and violence are out of control.

So weak, so gay. I’m sorry you won’t get to see your flag flying at the park :(

You mistake monetary wealth and possessions for managing the land over Native Americans, preserving the land to feed and protect them, while at the same time not disturbing the ecosystem.

Europeans could drink from the creeks and rivers when they first arrived; try that now. Food was everywhere, both wild game and edible plants. No air pollution. It was paradise.

So... I assume you'd like to return to those times, huh? Late 1400s probably was a really great time to be alive, all things considered.

Near me there's some small government controlled public land and a small river the local government "gave" to a tiny miniscule group of "descendants" of a tiny tribe that once existed in these parts long ago that nobody remembers.

The Local government has entrusted, the care, upkeep and maintenance of the land to the Tribe saying basically they were better at it as its part of their DNA or heritage, etc.

The "Tribe" or group of family and friends basically said the same, spouting the talking points of white liberal revisionist historians... Our ancestors were one with land, etc.

Everyone else in the area hearing the news: Well that public land will soon be a place nobody goes.

A Pawnee woman who watched her husband and young son get tortured and butchered in front of her would disagree with you. This was shortly before her and all her daughters were repeatedly gang raped. Lastly, they were all sold into slavery to other tribes. Additional rape and torture were soon to follow until the day they died.

It was paradise. A God damn Utopia I tell ya.

If I had lived then, I would not have known modern luxuries, so I would not miss them. No stress from labor or disease from sugar and unhealthy processed foods.

Predators, both animal and human, would be a big issue, though.

Europeans and early Americans did the same thing. Heck, rape, slavery, torture, and murder are still going on.

An infection from a stubbed toe could have killed you though.

I love reading this fiction that you are providing though.

Please, carry on.

It is quite entertaining!

It still can.
Our modern medicine is superior, but not foolproof, and Native Americans could treat many illnesses.

Where am I wrong? Can you drink from a creek now? Do you think our air is as clean? How about wildlife? Is it as abundant now as then? What about the forests?

No stress from labor? Just stress from... not getting eaten by a predator, killed by a rival group of people... and where did you get this no labor nonsense?

Also... no diseases from sugar, but what about the bubonic plague, the common cold, getting a splinter in your finger and catching a systemic disease from that and ultimately dying... things like that.

What labor did they perform? They mostly hunted and gathered. They only got in a hurry when they were after something or something was after them.

Chronic disease from sugar, cigarettes, alcohol, inactivity, and pollution.

You understand there are more trees in North America today than when Columbus arrived? I'm not arguing with you, just pointing out a pretty incredible stat
