"Orleans Parish Sheriff Susan Hutson has been indicted on 30 counts, including alleged malfeasance and payroll fraud, just days before her term ends.
The indictment, brought by @LizMurrillforLA’s office, follows months of scrutiny into finances and operations at the jail."

That's because it's treated as a coronation and not an election when most of them win public office.
Yet the fat, varicose-vein legged old white ladies in New Orleans won't say a peep about shite like that as they hold their OMB signs at the No Kings protests.
