Women haven't been the most efficient source of dopamine in over 100 years. As they do for everything from wages to the tax state, women have no problem instituting statutory controls, to make men miserable, if they get something out of it.

I'm sorry but you're wrong about every single point here. Being an individual isn't necessarily a good or bad thing. But If one gets too caught up in their own ego in order to make themselves feel like they are so much different and better than everyone else then they basically become a cancer cell and are pretty useless to society as a whole.
Leadership should be based on the situation in the person most apt at that specific tasks. Your view of individualism and leadership are archaic at best
