Yep by the dems, liberals and media who fund and encourage these type of caravans and not orderly immigration policies.
Yes you have to get there early to prepare to process these people and build the tent city facilities to house them.

And he decided to stick his feet in the mud about these caravans. The media stuck their foot in their mouths again with that 17,000 are coming number. You can bet your arse there was angle to such a large number being reported even though the media wants to now focus on the angle now "well it's such a small group and troops on the border are not needed" they are espousing now. Bottom line, the media got caught with shite on their faces trying to push something that wasn't there. Trump saw this I think and threw it right back at them. IOW, the fake news were their own worst enemy concerning this caravan.
