There has to be lawsuits to fight for similar exemptions. Even non-athletic students who have to work while taking classes should sue to not pay state taxes.
If I were an out of state pro athlete I would sue these states too. Ie...a Mavs player playing the pelicans has to pay LA state taxes. That should be exempted now too.

I looked this up, and damn if Illinois isn't considering the same thing. WTF? And our Governor will sign it.

If I have to pay taxes then they should have to as well. Especially since all of them will be making more than me.
