Zeke the plumber from Salute Your Shorts is possibly one of the most disturbing things I have witnessed on a kids show.

Wasn't Captain Planet basically a global warming cartoon?

I always preferred Captain Caveman.

If you allow TV to indoctrinate your kids and not your own teachings, that's on you not Nickelodeon.

Straight up communist propaganda. Linda Ellerbee should have been ashamed of herself. Even as a kid, I saw that this was horseshite.

I was making my son’s breakfast (4 yrs old) and using the toaster. He asked me if we had to plug the toaster in and I said yes. He said “why are we using that dirty energy instead of clean energy from the sun or wind?”

He got that from a show called Chico Bon Bon from Netflix.

We grew up on Tom and Jerry, the Road Runner, and H.R. Puff-N-Stuff and, for some reason, remain relatively normal, hardworking people who love America.

Yea my dad was really into Cartoon Network when it first came out. He loved all the Hanna Barbara stuff. So we watched the jetsons, flinstones, Johnny quest, space ghost, plus all the looney tunes. I loved space ghost coast to coast when i was older.

No doubt. I think too many parents put their kids in front of a tablet or TV to watch cartoons, not realizing what they are watching.
