This is America, it's dumb. The outrage over it is dumb because who cares but it was still a terrible choice. It would be like a World cup final in Buenos Aires picking Jelly roll or Morgan wallen or something, the primary audience would be like wtf

You're arguing with a ghost. My whole point is lauguing at people who seem upset that folks don't know who he is, even going so far as to say people are lying in some cases. Meanwhile, I'm part of the 80%+ of this country that doesn't speak the language he sings in, and I couldn't even tell you what radio station to put it on to maybe catch one of his songs.
I find the incredulous reaction to white and black football players and fans saying they never heard of him to be wholly contrived. For what reason, you'll have to help me there.

Bad Bunny is much bigger than Morgan Wallen, I believe. Which, is saying a lot dude.
Bad Bunny is bigger in the United States than Mogan Wallen is in Buenos Aires, though. At least if I had to guess.
It seems really dumb for y’all to think Bad Bunny is a bad choice if we’re basing it on popularity.

It's a bad choice if everyone watching says it's a bad choice. It's an opinion, not a right or wrong answer. Even one of the players in the clip said it was a bas decision.

If it means anything, I’d consider myself a fan and I don’t know a single song name either.
I don’t really pay attention to the names of songs, though. I stream almost all of my music on YouTube, so I keep track of things by the album covers and graphics.
