Next SCOTUS opening after this... Stephen Breyer on the clock

He’s 82 years old and I have a good feeling he was hanging on with RBG to try to save the Supreme Court from Trump. With RBG dead what’s the point in hanging on in a TRUMP majority court. I see him retiring in 2021 after Trump wins. That would make the Supreme Court 6-2-Roberts.

Even replacing Breyer with a more moderate justice who doesn't always take conservative views but often does would be an improvement in that seat.

That happens, and the second Dems have an opportunity they will increase the number of seats to 11, 13 or whatever number it takes. I say if trump wins re-election, do it first and ram through whatever it takes to limit the number of scotus positions. Would cement a legacy for generations
