I did receive one for my deceased father in Florida from Michigan. He passed on March 7th 2018. This was for the 2020 presidential election.

It does work, but only because the we he means is not the people. They decide who is in office and it should be accepted without any resistance or seeking of the truth. They didn't want Trump in office, so he is not the winner to them.
