Lets just be honest., It wont matter where a facility is built. Nor will it matter the conditions within.
They don't want those illegals picked up and deported under any circumstances and they are willing to be violent to stop it. Thats how it is.

Agreed. But it's the confrontations with the police and ICE that are causing the issues. Put it where that is difficult to accomplish
