Wrong. It's the law. That's a statement of fact. You're asserting that it shouldn't be legal. It's on you to support that assertion. That isn't an appeal to authority.

So because someone else said it’s legal you don’t have to provide any explanation of why it’s ok? That’s an appeal to authority. Instead of logically stating why abortion is ok, you say “because they said so”

Absolutely everything..I could be getting a lecture from a hedge fund manager or librarian for all I know. I’m not critiquing your opinion or the fact that your comments have the same weight as mine, but your background certainly helps me understand your viewpoints.

Not at all, which is why I’m pro choice..however, it’s pretty straightforward when aborting a viable late term fetus and then seeing people celebrate that new law without any scientific understanding of the situation. How bout answering my question now

I gave my reason for why a perfectly healthy fetus shouldn’t be aborted.... If you can’t say if a fetus has life or not, and support it with evidence (especially a fetus of the age that modern technology has kept alive outside of the mother) then you shouldn’t be able to terminate it.

It’s also not a compelling argument for why you should be able to terminate. Especially when said organism has unique DNA, different blood type, a beating heart, brain waves, and has demonstrated the ability to be able to survive outside of the mother.
