There are plenty of bad police officers out there and there are definitely examples of complete hack job operations like last year when officers raided the wrong home and killed a guy who was just chilling at his house. That was a major mess up and those responsible should be held accountable.

This is not that situation. This guy was there to put himself in between police action and make himself the show. He found out.

So concealed carry and not having the weapon in your hand is enough to for deadly force to be justified?

Do we draw the line at pocket knives?

Exactly.

Too many here expect perfection in an imperfect world.

What exactly are these idiots protesting? Their gravy train ending…

More like Jamal and Abdullah's gravy train. I wish there was a way to recoup all the money that gets sent overseas from illegals.

At the direction of Minnesota state government. This is an important distinction.

You don't know why every officer (except those who were already drawn) backed off at the same time and drew their weapons. Something triggered them.

They only expect perfection from their opponent.

Uh yeah, they’re right to expect perfection from their opponent who has the right to legally murder them.

Based on video evidence and sources, this is what we know:
1. He was legally able to conceal and carry.
2. He showed up obviously to protest while concealing and carrying. He was also obviously filming with his phone.
3. He made contact with an ice officer, which certainly could be interfering.
4. There was a scuffle with another person, and he was pepper sprayed, and held up his hand . And he appeared to be trying to drag that person away.
5. It was then and only then that Several officers began to pounce on him removing him from the person he was assisting.
6. He only has his phone in his hand. No gun in hand.
7 They continued to physically corral him . Maybe they feel the weapon or maybe he says he has a gun.
8 There is a video out there of him screaming while being corralled and with several officers on top of him “what are you trying to do kill me“. I don’t feel like looking for it again.
9. His weapon was removed from his person by ICE agent.
10. Shortly after that, he was shot several times and killed.
11 He did not have the gun in his hand when they brought him to the ground.

he had a gun on his holster, and then continued to resists arrest. ICE officer finally removed the gun from his holster and he was shot during that process....

Moral of the story: bringing a gun to a peaceful protest is not a good idea!
