When you have one poll that's always or almost always skewed in one direction (as oppososed to being off in both directions, about half the time each way) that is whats usually considered an outlier.
In other words, it's a bad poll. Just because it consistently tells you what you want to hear doesn't make it good. In fact, that's a huge red flag.

In fact, Trump went up in every other battleground state, even the ones that went for Biden.
