Really? When I was a prosecutor speeding tickets went through our office. Though so did civil asset forfeiture.

Its easy as hell. And many times ICE will issue a detainer- only for liberal pieces of shite to release them before ICE cam get there.

You do know that LEOs arrest criminals for other departments every day, right? If you commit a crime in Texas and then get arrested in Louisiana, the Louisiana police will hold you until Texas comes and picks you up.
Even if you don't commit a crime in Louisiana, Texas will call Louisiana and then Louisiana will go arrest you and hold you for Texas.
If local and state departments do this every day, why is it a big deal to hold an illegal temporarily until ICE picks him up?
It's not very conservative to only support immigration enforcement if it doesn't inconvenience local cops.
