Trump is president. He is the highest republican. When he wants something does, we elected him to do that. Massive only needed to support those Trump actions, period. He's not president, Trump is...he thought he was bigger than all, he isn't

Republicans, please learn...like it or not, you support the leadership of the party, that we put there.

Being a small government republican means fighting bad ideas when they come up. Not constantly apologizing for it.

Because you think the Israeli government controls everything, including AIPAC. Which they don't.

And besides, AIPAC still falls under the Lobbying Disclosure Act.

Not that you really care about the details.

Dems work better as a team, and thats the biggest challenge to us all.
When the top of their party decides to move a certain ways, they fall in line and put party 1st.
I admire all.of their accomplishments, but they aren't bigger than the entire party.....that put trump in power to run it his way.

Washington is different from more local, small time politics. If you want America to move toward more conservative values, you have to go there and 100% support the leaders of your party

Democrats are collective, Republicans are supposed to be individualists.

Collectivists can easily suspend their own beliefs in favor of the collective, Conservatives cannot, or are not supposed to.

Conservatives.

quote:

Many conservatives also see moral self-interest as a virtue—acting in ways that are personally and socially beneficial. This includes honesty, responsibility, and contributing to the well-being of one’s family and community. In this sense, self-interest is morally grounded, not just economically.

In summary: For conservatives, self-interest is a legitimate and often virtuous part of human nature. It is best channeled through property rights, free markets, limited government, and a stable social order, so that individuals can pursue their goals while contributing to the common good

Progressives.

quote:

Progressive belief in collectivism is rooted in the idea that human well-being, rights, and societal progress are best advanced through shared goals, mutual support, and the prioritization of the group over the individual. This perspective contrasts with individualism, which emphasizes personal autonomy and self-reliance.

Collectivism has long been associated with social reform movements. In the Progressive Era, reformers sought to address systemic inequalities, labor exploitation, and social injustices by expanding the role of government to protect workers, regulate monopolies, and promote public welfare Wikipedia. Thinkers like Karl Marx emphasized that “social being determines consciousness,” meaning individuals’ identities and values are shaped by their social context, not the other way around

If a person views the success of society over the individual, that person is a collectivist.

Blah blah.

Point is, there has to be a lot of give and take to get betterment for your cause. As a party, I'm sure there are deals Trump is forced to swallow, for the betterment of the party overall. He has to rule for the party, it's literally his job

Roger if you made a thread and asked the board what they thought about you and if you were a conservative or knew what it meant you wouldn’t be happy with the response and you’d say the whole board is wrong.

Dont let him collectivize you for the "good of society."

quote:

As inflation rose to its highest rate in years and CBS News polling shows high prices at the pump are causing financial strain for many Americans, President Trump told reporters Tuesday, "I don't think about Americans' financial situation" as a motivation for negotiations with Iran, and said he is only concerned with preventing Iran from developing nuclear weapons.

Liberals/Marxists tend to base their positions not in logic or facts but moreso on emotional experiences, or what they've been told how to view the real world. It becomes personal with them and emotion tends to steer them.

You can see this in their platform. It's all "muh racism".

Yep. Party over policy. Do what the establishment tells you.

Good grief. “Drain the swamp” indeed!
