I didn't intend to stab him, your honor. He just ran around the corner 31 times into my knife. If you don't believe me, ask Baskin-Robbins.

It had been a while since you last called somebody a wet rag.

I kind of missed it.

There is so much low hanging fruit (none will interfere with double jeopardy either) where indictments can be made. Killery destroying evidence for one.

PT lawyers, where is the line for intent? DC city limits? I recently got a speeding ticket, I certainly didnt intend to speed.

I dont think that most people expect a great net to be cast and catch all the criminals in one fail swoop.

But when there is a crime that is provable then why not arrest and prosecute? If other investigations lead to more criminal acts, more charges can be added later.

A KNOWN crime was committed by HRC. He knowingly and willingly admitted to giving her email data to persons who did not have sufficient clearances (her lawyers, for them to pull out the "wedding plans and yoga schedules"). The lawyers admitted to receiving the information.

Lock her up.

Intent. There's that word again.
The intent defense only works for one side in the Just-US system.

Certainly seems that way. Hillary Clinton.

I would guess intent is obvious, but due to the legal system they have to prove it to the point the most TDS person can’t deny it.

A lot of us have wet dreams Brennan orchestrated this whole op. That was probably always dreaming, and even if he did, he was probably smart enough not to leave a trail.

I have no idea about McCabe and Comey, they may have just been idiots in this whole thing (or duped by Brennan).

But, even just based on the lovers' texts, I can't believe they won't bury Strzok.

All of this means DJT should just declass/drop what he has and let the public decide.

They have Comey, Brennan, Rosenstein, Yates & McCabe & others I am forgetting----dead to rights. For lacking candor, seditious conspiracy, and lying to Congress. Hillary had 2 govt agencies committ obstruction for her. Hill bitch never goes to jail she runs DC.

Barr did say some could cop da fif.

Why didn't Flynn just cop da fif?

Sorry, sweet summer child, but it sounds like stall tactics. (Even though twitter is buzzing with rumors of something coming soon)

People get lawyers, sometimes they won't talk to you. Even if they talk to you they'll say they'll take the fifth and you have to get documents and frequently fight over documents and fight over things in court so the investigation is a cumbersome process. It's not something that can be done quickly

Y'all know I have to defend my boyfriend on this one.

The above quote is the part of the quotation you guys need to be focused on.

A criminal prosecutor always has to prove intent of some kind. And he has to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. That shite takes a long time.

The reason why Comey using the word intent was so problematic was (1) The statute Hillary violated required no specific intent; and (2) Comey wasn't a prosecutor - he was a cop but he was making a prosecutorial decision.

The shite we all want to see these traitors go down for requires specific criminal intent. Nobody ever admits intent. You prove intent by showing deliberate conduct by a criminal defendant from which one may infer the requisite intent (which can be anything from negligence to specific criminal intent). Proving past conduct requires evidence that an act occurred - you need to either find witnesses who will testify that such and so did such and such on whatever date, or documents which established it.

Obtaining documents is a monumental pain in the arse and takes years. Barr's not wrong about this point. The fact that people with knowledge don't want to talk, and custodians of documents don't want to hand them over - is not only not uncommon; it's why even civil lawsuits take forever.

I don't think Barack Obama is going to get indicted, unfortunately. However, someone will. And hopefully Obama will be implicated and humiliated. There's no way Durham has been doing nothing but reviewing the IG report to indict only Clinesmith all this time. He's definitely found other shite that we don't know about yet.

People like Flynn get indicted after short investigations. By that I mean - innocent people. That's how I know they didn't have shite on him. Poor guy got screwed over by his own lawyer, got bad legal advice, and pled guilty to something based on that bad advice.

I agree with you on this point.

We have a short time left. Him announcing indictments will keep the investigation alive.

However, I don't think that Barr is some Deep State Operative trying to make sure people are not indicted. I think he came out of retirement to do just that . . .

The big question my sisterfren is: The pandora's box of the Honest Bob council being a sham with destroyed phones-has been opened. Would Barr, who isn't a deep State op but he is quite swampy allow Mueller his BFF to get exposed? Your BF talks the talk but damned good.

(Especially the part of this interview on what he said about the media) but he is friends with most of the swamp and most his family is swamp.
