See I disagree. They aren't trying to piss off their customer base. They are trying to show two sides of things. A good side and a bad. Then the viewer has to decide which they fall under. In no way are they implying that all men are bad.
And I disagree with that, they're purposely trying to say that men - at least a large chunk- are bad and should feel bad and need to change their ways.
Or they're trying to start yet another fricking conversation and I'm so sick of pc bs conversations I could puke.

I think you have that backward, bud.
Nah, I should have followed that with "Politics is culture."
The two, at least today, are one in the same, from the perspective that politics has been inserted in to every aspect of our culture.
And you should be in the Oregon gun law thread. Got a nice mouse to play around with in there.

Why would I put money into the pockets of people that purposefully insult me? I've never done anything in that commercial, yet they are painting all males with this broad brush that we are unwashed heathens. How about they run an ad with muslims raping women, throwing acid in people's faces and blowing up innocents with the tagline "Is this the best a Muslim can get". I mean - are you really this dense?

Of course they aren't.
But in being boneheaded about their marketing, that's exactly what they're doing.

There is more to culture than politics. You're just plain wrong dude.

If it isn't BamaAtl or the dude who told me to tackle an armed intruder, I'm not interested...
Maybe I'll stop by...

You literally just undermined your own point.
I'd say you're the one who needs to do better.

That's not even close to a competent rebuttal.

So the males at the end of the commercials who broke up the fights where also painted with that broad brush? This is disingenuous and you know it.

I should be asking you this.

You know exactly what a Venn Diagram is and you gave me a bullshite description of it. You are better than this.

Exactly.
It's the dogma of "toxic masculinity" put into advertising form.

It's one of the Arkie fans arguing something about requiring a permit to buy a gun is no different than requiring an ID to vote, along with saying having a friend buy a gun for you is totally legal. Among other stupidity.

This is a legitimate reason not to like the commercial. And it is exactly what they are trying to do.

No, he is concerned about the little Lefty Fascists that are pushing the cultural shift.
The Left have become intolerant, anti-Intellectual Fascists that feel the need to poison everything with their Political Theology.

And most baffling of all, this is a shaving company whose customer base is all men.
I've said this before and I'll say it again, appealing to crazy SJWs is never a good business decision unless you're Starbucks where you have free wi-fi.

What? Because I said "sphere" instead of "circle"? Because that hair-splitting exercise is the only possible issue you could have with my description.
You really want to go down that road, New Army?
Give me a goddamn break, son.

Bingo
It's 4th wave ridiculousness. There's no such thing as toxic masculinity or "rape culture" as a whole

Just as islam blurs the lines between between religion, Politics and culture, so does Liberalism.
They are both Cults that are consumed with absolute obedience.

and in the process they have managed to piss off 90% of their customer base and permanently lost them as customers. Bold move for a place that should be more concerned with making money than "starting a conversation". I guess you're making the most of your time off from your government job. Glad you have the time to troll message boards.
