Congress has the power to regulate federal elections. Pass a bill that requires all votes in federal elections to be counted by noon the day after the election, any votes after that don't count. Do this first as a legislative priority.
I would also add a provision requiring all voting records and tabulations to automatically be public and recorded without any need for lawsuits or discovery. But the first thing is more important.

They’ve been working at “finding votes” for weeks after the Election simply so they could claim this (and those late found votes always go heavily Dem - wink wink).
They are as full of shite as they ever were.
They can use whatever point they wish to try. The country has moved on.

He won the popular vote because he had the most votes. Just because a collective of other candidates got 1.9% of the vote, it still means he won the popular vote. Then again, I really don't give a shite he won, and the "popular vote" isn't relevant.

[img]The term "mandate", in this instance, is a media-created definition and as such is very subjective. See also: "czar".
If a Democrat won by even a .01%, they would claim it as a "mandate", and that's well before factoring in that not only did Trump win the EC and the popular vote, but he had enough of a mandate to win back the Senate AND gain a few more seats in the House.[/img]
And not flip one county blue and they said that hasn't happened since 1932.

In the quote you provided they are talking about the "majority vote" not the "popular vote". Those are two different things. Yes, they have moved the goal posts and are trying to minimize the win, but they are not saying he didn't win the popular vote. Did you copy your headline from a retard on X?
That’s kind of my point. They are splitting hairs. No one who voted third party had any expectation of their vote actually going towards a winning candidate. They effectively no voted. When you exclude third party votes, he won a majority of the popular vote.
If you poll people on their favorite vacation spot and 150 say Italy, 147 say Greece, and 4 say Afghanistan, you could certainly make the statistically accurate point that Italy didn’t win a majority of the vote. But you could also expect to be laughed at for trying to make any sort of serious inferences from that.

Though he got more of the popular vote than Kamala, he didn’t “win” it since he only got 49.97% of it as opposed to 50.01%+. Thus, his mandate isn’t as strong as he thinks it is. Do they have no shame?
War Room called this ^^^^ a few days after the election. It was quite obvious the long drawn out vote collecting that was going on in CA and some other swing states was to erase Trump's majority mandate.
