No need, it's been done in this thread by the Media's lapdogs.

Anyone who takes the opposite of the State/Media stance is a toothless, robe-wearin, sister-loving McDumbazz.....and that's my non-professional/Professional diagnosis.

It's not relevant and you know exactly why reporters do everything they do, they lie to support the narrative.

Well then, now you know why stories like the one in the OP end up coming out too.

If this weren't being played as "OMG, white racists gunned down saintly black dude because they just wanted a black kid dead", then it would just be one of the hundreds upon hundreds of other homicides in the United States.

I call it "ghetto bravado".

Contrast that with the elder McMichaels, who had to move to being an investigator for the DAs office due to some discipline as a police officer. And was eventually let go from that job for not completing weapons and use of force training. But was perfectly ready to jump in a truck with a handgun to chase down a trespasser in the neighborhood.

What does that tell us about him?

They were gung-ho idiots who let their bravado place them in an idiotic circumstance.

NAW. He was just trying to uphold laws and some ghetto thugs made him do stuff wrong. I miss the good old days when police could pistol whip criminals and no one said a word. We need them days back to put some people in line!

And you don't know if he was just trespassing! Why don't you let the facts play out? I bet you got that talking points from the dem-media!

Steve Harvey Morning show this morning pretty much did just this... without the "OMG".

pretty much was this:

two racists former cops gun down an innocent black man out for a jog.

For a moment, I'm gonna play prosecutor here.

If either of the McMichaels were dumb enough to get on the stand, my simple question to them would be, "assuming that he was stealing...…..and since we know that you knew specifically who he was...……...and...…..given that you've got multiple minutes of him on video...……….why did you need to top him at all"?

That said. Prosecutors are going to frick this up. They're going to go for a murder charge rather than the easier more slam dunk charge...………...and, blammo, there we'll be.

So you don't think they may have committed aggravated assault. That's off the table in your mind?

And THAT my friend is why so many people are quick to give team "McDumbazz" the benefit of the doubt.

In Current Year, there is ZERO doubt that there is an intentional, sometimes orchestrated movement to "get whitey" at every turn.

Now, some of us are big boys and can take care of ourselves, but we DO have family members who are a little more vulnerable and we are sick and TIRED of the Media/Left working OVERTIME to build a hostile environment our loved ones must traverse.

I think a murder charge is how they walk. That's what I think. As to "aggravated assault", I think the word "may" in your own sentence tells you the problem.

Legally speaking, there is no good answer.....

"Real world" answer would be: "Because we can't depend on people in the legal system to do the right thing and keep these scumbags off the streets so decent folk can live their lives"

Again, that's supposing Arbery WAS up to no good.

Ok I'll rephrase since you are being obtuse about it.

Do you think they committed an aggravated assault or not?
