Pillar of the community. We need more young men like Ahmaud.

If none of his history matters why did reporters tell us about his past including playing LB on his HS football team. That has no relevance to him being killed that day.
You want it both ways, right? Probably hit in the feels by that touched up picture in the tux from years ago.

How do you know that? I doubt legal parking at a public park would be in the unworn grass so close to train tracks.
Ugh.

It's not relevant and you know exactly why reporters do everything they do, they lie to support the narrative.
Again that really isn't what this case should be about.
Were the McDumbasses justified in their actions, no.
Did the local justice system cover up a murder, yes.
If that second part doesn't piss you off, especially in light of all these state governors and deep state politicians trying to literally take our rights away then you are blinded...

To me this case is about a corrupt local justice system covering up a murder for one of its own and that should piss off EVERYBODY
Yet if one were to look at your History on this matter, your ANGER is directed at "McDumbazzes, rednecks, sheet-wearing KKK Baws, etc, etc....."
The pejoratives you use and the direction they are flung in give no indication that you are mad at the AUTHORITIES, rather whitey and the world at large.

You are really invested in this case. Why?

I can be pizzed off about local government and still NOT fall for this Media trap that you seem to be enjoying....
Again:
"McDumbass"
"local justice system".....
You seem to hate one more than the other, ESPECIALLY if we go back and look at your slobbering, rabid posts on this subject.

.....and you are a robe-wearin, redneck McDumbazz for questioning him....

I know you understand why the media does that.
I was responding to a sane progressive and I want to know if he sees his inconsistency on this matter.
If a past run in with the law doesn’t matter then HS football doesn’t matter.
But the media thinks one of those does matter. Let’s see if the progressive admits it.

Truth be told, one DOES matter more than the other.
A pattern of run-ins with the law GENERALLY tells you what kind of person you're dealing with.

This thread is thick with liberal naivety.

Correct. A hagiography of the deceased is one of the most predictable elements in these proceedings.

all the tweets
"Why is this being released?"
"What does this have to do with being murdered?"
"this has nothing to do with him being killed"
"So this is justification for his murder in 2020?"
People get so butt hurt...I mean, haven't we learned to wait until all evidence is released before forming a full an complete opinion of what you think is justice ?
Trayvon was shown as a 9 year old cute little innocent boy... This guy shown with a nice smile in a tux...but this video shows who he really is, at least at the time...smoking pot off in the private property, rapping?
Trayvon he was a large young man, angry, gold teeth, thug looking IMHO, who loved to fight according to his social media before it was taken down to hide the real him...
he was on probation for stealing inside the school admin office...had drugs, had a really foul mouth...He wasn't the kid the media portrayed ' a little boy just getting some ice tea"
there is always more to the story, when are we going to learn?
Trayvon was visiting in a community that was hit with 50 break in in the last 12 months, that's relevant information to the homeowner's perspective of a black kid strolling between homes, in the rain at 7pm with a hoodie... and they know you don't live in that community...freedom must have boundaries and common sense...
we can say "he didn't have to die" and I agree 100%....
but...when you add it all up about his character and attitude, this stuff happens everyday in the streets...as long as another black person shoots another black kid it's ok????? but white hispanic or rednecks? all hell must be paid?
when pride anger and stupidity collide and someone decides to pop you ...
This kid in the video didn't respect the officers or seem to have a clue about why he was "asked questions"
meanwhile, Karen demands you wear a mask while your smoke pot and rap in your car..."just chillin'
