The question is how many 0s come after "0.0" before you admit it's a nothingburger. You tell me that and I'll try to do some napkin math. I need a specific demarcation from you, though, so we can test your comment compared to mine.
So, what % is significant for you?
No point in me doing the math and you moving the goalposts. So establish the acceptable criteria.

Also tell us how the strikes have affected shipment volume or rates due to fear.
The pivot has already begun

Every effective measure is a double edged sword. And you can't always choose who wields it... doesn't mean you don't use it when warranted.
MAGA will not be able to complain when the dems declare climate change emergencies, and force deficit spending because its what you folks support.
All y'all are doing is setting the table for more left wing shenanigans, and you dont know why.

Nope. That’s not how arguing works. You’re a lawyer you should be much better at this.
You made a claim. Back it up

I'm a lawyer and I understand rhetoric

Arguing that is usually the foundation of a rhetoric. I know the dishonest types like yourself and how you will just move the goalposts, so before I potentially waste my time, I understand how to ensure you can't.
I see that you're resisting, which isn't shocking (considering you already started pivoting in the prior post).

Actively rooting for people who are willing to kill dozens of Americans per shipment...

But you have to admit that you weigh your bigger concerns against dozens of American deaths per boat.

I think you're perfectly capable of grasping the nuance here.
I do not care if a drug boat gets blown up. It's completely rational to separate that from the method & actors that blow them up, and wondering if that process is a good one that won't create unforeseen problems down the road.

Trump is a piece, but I like his policies.

Most never Trumpers that I know are WITH Trump on the immigration issue(s). It's the other things like getting a luxury aircraft from Qatar, pardoning people like George Santos, not fulfilling his promises, that is what makes them hope for a change.

You think these small boats leaving Venezuela will have any real impact on US supply? Why?
You are aware that we are targeting boats in the Pacific as well.
Remember, there are no roads from south America to Mexico, the Darién gap is undefeated by roads.
Those drug boats in the Pacific, where are they headed?
To Mexico?
So their packages can be transhipped into US Ports of Entry?
Same with the Caribbean, how do you think these drugs get to Mexico.
Or are the boats empty...

If these were unmanned barges that were floating up here would you care?
