Phony moralists are going to be phony when they moralize.
It was the moral panic of our lifetime and it was specifically done to create an atmosphere for social conditioning. Never forget this mentality because it is pervasive- this strain of human psychology is what gives us mobs which turn to violent mobs which turns into mass murder.

It's also encouraging to see how many of those folks are gone from the spotlight - now giving their rants on discord servers buried somewhere between sexual fetishes and horticulture.

Hope all of them die a tragic painful death.

Had they been in control of our lives, they would certainly have put us in camps, if not killed us.

What is even more frightening is that when Trump was working on "Operation Warp Speed", every single one of these evil fricks, Biden and Harris included, said not to trust the vaccine if Trump was rolling oit out.

Six months later this was the rhetoric. One extreme to the other. From "don't take it" to literal FASCISM.

I was forced to take this shite or lose my job. I will never forgive progressives for this. I now have family members with compromised immune systems thanks to this shot.

It also presented us all with a mirror. Part of the American psyche is to be proud to be independent, to believe in the concept of "liberty for all". The COVID/vaccination event put a mirror up in front of everyone so they could undeniably see those who actually believe it and those who were just saying it because it was popular. When the time came to put-up or shut-up there were three kinds of people:

Those who did not get vaccinated.
Those who got vaccinated but did not take a stand against the unvaccinated.
Those who got vaccinated and considered the unvaccinated to be ignorant, unhealthy... damned near demonic.

That last group made up a LOT more people than I think anyone ever thought possible, I know it certainly surprised me how many were so quick (even eager) to sacrifice their liberty and (especially) the liberty of others for only a perception of greater safety.

The problem is they still think they were right. The message that they were wrong never got to them because their only sources of news and thought are DU, BlueSky and reddit.
