I googled around a bit and didn't see it. Is there a military arm or treaty to get the Commonwealth Nations to act together militarily?

Guam is 4,000 miles from New Zealand too by the way. You'd need a range of 8,000+ miles to hit targets and return without in flight refueling of your entire force, which is doable
