The MIC isn’t going to let Ukraine war end until every country has a surplus of new age / new generation ammo and equipment.

I am not a 4 star general, but what advantage is there to admitting to ones enemies you have run out of ammo? Or that your stocks are running low? Idiocy. Russia probably thinks we are lying and attempting to bait them, while the reality is Biden just really is that stupid.

So is NATO's biggest threat, Russia. Europe and the USA need to step up production of ammo to both refill our inventories and supply Ukraine. However, the idea that we will be forced into a war short of ammo is laughable. Russia will be reduced to throwing rocks long before NATO is.
