What evidence was presented? I see some tourist putting their hand in the water in the OP. When do we see the 350’ cut?

Oh the irony.

I've never seen a retard who knew what irony was. You must be a different kind of retard...an advanced one.

I enjoy watching y’all fight this to the
bitter end. Arrests have been made.

If found guilty they will receive a mandatory 10 year sentence with
no parole.

It’s comical how invested you are.

a quick look through your post history shows who the real politically obsessed cultist is. It’s nothing but the latest talking points from Reddit. Go back and stay there.

This has to be one of the most worthless campaigns against Trump and the administration.

Damaging a pool? And this is not a residential pool or the YMCA where these people would be subject to civil court actions.
Damaging federal property and it truly does nothing to hinder Trump

Per ChatGPT

quote:

Defacing or damaging a national monument is a federal crime most commonly charged under the Destruction of Government Property Act or the Veterans' Memorial Preservation and Recognition Act.

Possible penalties range from heavy fines and up to 10 years in federal prison depending on the cost of the damages. The specific charges and sentencing guidelines break down as follows:

Damage Exceeds $1,000 (Felony): If the cost of repairing or replacing the monument is more than $1,000, the crime is charged as a felony. Penalties include up to 10 years in federal prison, a fine of up to $250,000, and permanent loss of certain federal benefits or rights.

Damage is $1,000 or Less (Misdemeanor): If the damage is $1,000 or less, the crime is a misdemeanor. Penalties include up to 1 year in federal prison and a fine of up to $100,000.

Veterans' Memorials: Under the Veterans' Memorial Preservation and Recognition Act of 2003, intentionally damaging or attempting to damage any monument, plaque, or structure on public property that commemorates the U.S. Armed Forces is a felony that can carry up to 10 years in prison.

National Parks: Defacing natural or constructed features in a National Park is subject to similar federal property laws, and restitution (the cost of repair/cleaning) is routinely mandated by the Department of Justice.
They're going to face some jail time and restitution charges.
