This is false. He led the negotiations in the JCPOA along with several other countries. Iran conceded their nuclear program and no less than Mattis confirmed that they are adhering to the deal.

I suspect that what they blew up was for show. It was probably damaged beyond repair and used it as a propaganda tool. Much like the release of the prisoners. Use whatever they have to create an optic of cooperation, then turn to bite the hand that is offering to feed them. Un better be careful.
