So... you think it's fantasy that bathrooms in predominantly Muslim areas (even universities) are trashed and gross due to their cultural views on toilet etiquette?
In many Islamic cultures, they squat on toilets (or more commonly over holes in the floor). It makes sense that they would try to do the same thing to western toilets, except the seat isn't really wide enough to do that. That's why they are baffled. Not because they are stupid, but because it isn't what they are used to.
It's like the three sea shells in Demolition Man.

Having lived there, you're correct. They are truly used to trenches in the floor where urinals would typically be.
That being said, it is obviously a ploy devised to break the host institution, business, or country. It's exactly what we see from the left. Start off asking for reasonable things in unreasonable ways, and once you get an inch you begin to take the mile.

These students did little of what you posted, had forged paperwork, and were in University ONLY to meet a certain demographic requirement. Ya know, sorta like affirmative action?

You must not have read the full OP, if so where exactly have you seen this in America? I travelled this country extensively when younger, saw some filthy bathrooms, but nothing in the same universe as this description.
