FBI isn't reliable. FBI also has a chart statistic that says the only political violence in Portland in 2020... was right wing political violence.
While the Portland one is probably maliciously done, in order to hide left wing political violence. The sandy hook question you asked.. is probably just legit human error on the FBI's side... not intentional.
