Texas counties have no land use control. All the developers and landowners have fought allowing counties to regulate land use. The rooster has come home to roost!

The developer is not Muslim, they bought a previously entitled community and rebranded it. The courts have it right, unfortunately. Ruling against this would endanger every housing development in Texas.
The melts on here have no clue about real estate laws in Texas...wake up. If you own land in Texas you can do almost anything you want, you know freedom and all.

frick Texas. I am right on the Red River Texas-Oklahoma border and I laugh my arse off at all my buddies right across the river in Fannin and Grayson counties.
