Not sure. Baloo was/is not a tool. Definitely on the left, but always had reasonable and well-thought-out posts.

Which is why NT74 never crossed my mind.

He either is or used to be an admin. Haven't seen him post in a while.

This is not the coup you think it is, but if you are so certain, maybe put a personal ban bet on it for yourself based on if the judge doesn’t side with Manafort on this and the case proceeds? I suspect the judge will fairly swiftly rule in favor of Mueller’s team and the trial will proceed.

Screw the ban bet, I bet you’re alter doesn’t last over 90 days. Lol!

He goes by ItsMuellerTime for now. NT74 really destroyed his rep on here over the past several months and stopped posting a couple of weeks ago. He created this alter so that he could post his real beliefs on here without risking further embarrassment.

I’m not 100% sure this MuellerTime alter is NT74 but my down voting his azz feels the same......, real good.

Maybe he should have thought twice about posting a preteen on here and expect to maintain any sense of respect.

The number of errors like this from the Mueller side leads me to believe he is not as good as people says he is and I have seen a case thrown out of court for 1 incorrect date.

Where's NT74 to defend Honest Bob here and tell us that there is absolutely nothing wrong with this?

He is too busy looking at pictures of prepubescent Emo girls.

Still outside the scope since recusal, and Rosenstein's authority, was related to the 2016 campaign and this matter is not. The second part about any matters that may arise is nonsensical because it effectively makes the SC a boundless expedition, which was never the intent of statute or regulation.

I don't really see the issue with the date of the clarification memo. The second point you make here is the key. The original appointment was too broad and appears to not follow the guidance for the appointment of a SC. The memo clarifies what criminal activities Mueller is looking into (so it isn't an approval but a clarification thus making the date irrelevant - my hot take based on what I've read). So the clarification memo did what should've been done in the original appointment.

And he's accountable to the Navy for conduct unbecoming...
He's been walking the satire line...

Not to say I want anyone to lose their career over talking shite on a message board, but he's held to a standard the rest of us are not. Luckily none of the righties are vengeful pricks.

What case? Manafort's? What judge? Appeals will be heard on this as well, either way.

Manafort's lawyers this morning told the judge they're not trying to get any indictments thrown out, they're trying to stop any future indictments.

Mueller should have to answer this situation, and if his answer doesn't match any past comments.....perjury trap that slime sucking chump.
