Barr going in absolutely raw on any possibility of collusion or obstruction. There was some question of whether he would make determinations or conclusions about these matters and many thought he would only explain why certain things were redacted.
He's clearly going in raw and explaining that everything was done above board regarding executive privilege, etc. Dems will not be happy.
