Mueller is a mess.

He's flip flopped on this thing 10 times already.

Dude is legit senile.

Barr needs to force him to go on television again and publicly revise his statement again. Embarrass the hell out of Mueller, like he did before.

Isn't this the second time he has corrected this? This time it was under oath in his words and not in a released statement. This gives the democrats nothing but that Trump can be indicted after he leaves office.

Indicted for what?

The 2 year investigation could not find any crimes?

His back-tracking is irrelevant, the Democrats got the soundbite they wanted and will use it in the same vein they do the "indictments and prosecutions" aspect (ie: completely and purposely out of context).

or he is trying desperately to avoid jail and being suicided since both sides are looking to hang him out to dry if they dont get the sound bites they want from him

It was an act. His demeanor changed, his facial expression changed, and his ability to answer questions changed depending on who asked the question. If it was from the democrats he was congenial and most able to answer. If it was a republican he scoured, could not hear, and would not answer.

just my observation.

IMHO, he gave the Pro-Dem answer first so that it could be used as a sound bite to attack Trump. Mass media propaganda can diminish the impact of the retraction.

Mueller was there to hurt Trump to the max.

Muller is a John McCain republican. It’s that simple. He’s worse than a democrat. Democrats admit they want to destroy America. McCain republicans just want to enrich themselves and hide behind being patriotic to cover their crimes. At least democrats are honest about their desires to corrupt our children, trample our rights and remove our liberty to grow government.

So, the timeline was...

1) In the morning, answering Lieu, Mueller misstated the reasons he did not indict Trump.

2) First thing in the afternoon, Mueller corrected his erroneous testimony to Lieu, by saying, "...we did not reach a determination as to whether the president committed a crime.”

Bottom line: if after two years of trying to find a crime to fit your charges and you can't find it, then you must conclude that a crime has not been committed.

That's the way it works.

Yep, not to mention with a 30 million dollar budget and an army of investigators.

1) 'They did not indict because of the opinion'

Sentence is factually accurate but can be misleading and ignores context.

2) 'They did not make a determination as to whether the president committed a crime because of the opinion'

Sentence is factully accurate and is much less misleading.

3) 'Because of the opinion our investigation into the presidents conduct was limited to a fact finding investigation and we made no attempt to determine whether the president committed a crime'

This is the reality and what Mueller says in the report.

Even with all that goal post moving you are still left with nothing but a bag of dicks in your mouth at the end of the day.

No collusion. No conspiracy. No obstruction.
