This one's not speculation. It was in the filing that the Mercury witness thought Manafort was trying to suborn perjury.
I give you points for "choad", though.

Doc...why hasn't Mueller demanded the DNC servers be turned over? Isn't that directly related to the Russia investigation?

I think I use it colloquially. I think a lot of the charges will be "conspiracy to defraud the U.S." (like Gates copped to and Manafort is charged with) and other conspiracy charges, perhaps FECA violations, but we'll see. I'll let Mueller's team handle that part.

I made this point MONTHS ago, any investigation into Russian hacking would naturally have to include that server if it was truly believed that Russia hacked that server. But not one mention of that server anywhere, because it was destroyed right after Seth Rich was murdered.

I'm not going down the Seth Rich rabbit hole with Colonel Special Counsel Hogs, I'll agree. But the hacking aspect of the story is a relative weakness, I'll admit. Mea Culpa. By the way, if I can add a "crazy claim", I think Tony Podesta is probably cooperating with Mueller as well.
