As a white guy, I feel the same way about white people and many issues. We are all being manipulated at an unprecedented rate. I don’t think it’s even a race thing, but I get your point. You feel helpless to stop it. It’s very frustrating

Am afraid you are correct. It has a wide scale re-indoctrination or indoctrination feel that could give two flips about race and if race does enter it is only because they want what you happen to have. If they say 'look here' it would be wise and prudent to 'look in the opposite direction'
