A couple weeks ago it came out that only 1 in 5 U.S. adults were active on Twitter. Well below the 60% that was suspected.
Now, Pew Research has determined that 80% of ALL TWEETS are made by just 10 percent of the accounts.

Someone in their right mind actually thought 60% of Americans were active on Twitter? That is insanity.

Despite how eponymous Facebook is, its market penetration sits at 43% and declining. 60% is, in fact, insanity for twitter.

I cant believe someone spent time and money on a study to tell them this. Anyone with a brain already knows that the internet and the media are driven by the most vocal 1%.
