SFP will say that the CIA’s repeated history of fomenting color revolutions and regime change operations on Russia’s doorstep since the end of the Cold War is ancient history and has no bearing whatsoever on the current geopolitical situation in Eastern Europe. Or some such nonsense.

Or you know countries who left the Soviet Union are integrating into the West on their own like Poland and other former satellite states of the USSR. I mean when faced with either a Russian subjugation or Western free trade which do you think a country would choose without any political influence?

Of course, the reason Ukraine is one of the poorest countries is because they aren’t westernized. Are you trying to imply Ukraine wasn’t allowed to freely trade with western countries? Explain to me why so many democracy loving westerners are board members in Ukrainian energy companies.

That's the whole point of joining the EU and getting into the European market to develop a more advanced economy which will raise their standard of living. Living in Russian subjugation is why their economy is so shitty right now

If the leader we put in place via coup is ousted by a third party then what is the impact when that third party is in power? Logically it's not our guy because he beat our guy. Unless you're trying to say that we did a double triple conspiracy theory where zelensky is our actual guy who we ran to replace the person that we installed via coup

It's somewhat irrelevant unless you're discussing another topic entirely, that's why

Not taking the bait = not allowing diversionary tactics to derail threads into conspiracy theories.

I try to keep things factual and logical.

You would defend democrats and Biden if it was being discussed in another thread entirely because defending Biden and democrats is what you do.

Lol, you should watch like 43:00 to 47:00. The U.S. doesn't help these countries, it hollows them out.

I haven't even done that ITT

And Obama and Biden did 2 very different things re: Russian aggression in Ukraine. There isn't even one solidary DEM policy.

Ukraine isn't winning shite. Even with all the arms, money, grifting going on. Barely staying afloat.

Putin is slowly draining away money and resources. Ukraine will collapse if Putin keeps on at this pace. Russia doesn't have to win... just outlast.

Democrats side with Ukraine because of their hate for Trump and the 2016 Russian election interference (story) that they still believe Russia was part of. This is how bad their hate is. These people are sick in the head.

Never said that either, but good job staying on topic and now having a little, random melt

Democrats still firmly believe that Trump colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election and Hunter’s laptop is Russian disinformation.

You just spent about a week in a thread trying to convince everyone that the sound of freedom is Qanon conspiracy theory and child trafficking doesn’t exist but other than that, you never said that.

"All our actions in Ukraine are helping to create and solidify a China/Russia alliance with a massive natural resource/manufacturing/agriculture base with extensive connections throughout the world, including South and Central America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, positioning itself as an option to US power hegemony.

If we had any brains, or, more accurately, if our political elite class actually cared about Americans in general rather than just themselves, we would be taking strategic steps to split China and Russia rather than pursuing a policy that drives them together."

This is exactly right ^^^^
