As I've told you before, if women were PAID less, 100% of my hires would have been women. Guaranteed!
However, women are not paid less.
They do (stereotypically) work less hours, take more time off, and have more exceptional needs. All of which affect earnings. I say that with the caveat that stereotypes do NOT define individuals.

This post nails it. Women make less because they are not, on average, as focused on making money. And there are some simple reasons for that. Mainly, when women work all they get is money and the products and services that money buys. When men work they get all of those same things plus an upgrade in the quality of women they can attract. And that is a big inducement that women don’t share.

Why is this "wage gap" still a thing. It was disproven time and tine again. When women and men, do the same job, with the same experience level, there is no wage gap. Most of the gap, if you would call it that, is because of the choices women make in their career.

Most of the single 25 to 40 age range women I know show no signs of building wealth.
They’re trying to live large, traveling, etc.
While most of the single guys have a few vices, but generally turn into misers when it comes to money at a young age.

Instinctually,
Women want commitment, protection, and maximized family support.
Men are driven to mate with physically attractive women.
As humans, we have the ability to overcome instinctive tendencies and/or conflicts.
