Oh he's definitely getting a plea deal and a very small fine.

It's a show prosecution. Doubt it will result in a conviction. This is so the Democrats and media can declare, "See! We investigated it and there was nothing to it!"

Keith Ellison comes across as corrupt as the people we hear about (allegedly) committing the fraud.
